In 2009, Angel an actress-turned-life coach and author, suffered from depression, anxiety, and panic attacks, which began her own journey of mental, physical, and spiritual wellness. Healed and happy, Angel is proud to say that with years of therapy, she’s no longer a “sad girl,” finding herself, her sanity, and most importantly, her purpose.
October is not only Hispanic Heritage Month, but also National Book Month! So, grab her book!! We can’t all make it to Mexico City, but let’s take a cue from Angel to live our best life and find a happy place wherever we are in the world!
I won’t say goodbye to Angel, but rather see ya soon. I’m checking flights to Mexico as we speak!
